In 2019 BOTH of my parents were diagnosed with Glioblastomas, 14 days apart. Glioblastoma is a grade 4, advanced form of brain cancer. It is terminal and it’s prognosis with aggressive treatment is only one year. Between my 2 parents, we have endured 7 operations, 6 weeks of tandem radiation, months of chemo, over 6 straight months of hospital life and more appointments than I care to count.
